ProbE (Probate Data Entry System)
Accurate information and reporting is vital to the success of probate recovery. ProbE was designed and developed by EIS specifically for managing each probate account, as well as to organize and produce customized reports for your company on the entire portfolio as often as required.
At the heart of ProbE is our Master File; a multi-source national database built from years of compiling data regarding each county probate court in the U.S.
Master file contains specific statutory probate court instructions for filing estate claims and contains each and every claim form. The database also includes notice requirements for which the executor or estate attorney is responsible, homestead exemption requirements, rejection requirements, copy requirements, and all pertinent information that each staff member of EIS needs to successfully obtain a quick and efficient account resolution.
Master File is kept current with daily transactions that either confirms an existing record, adds a new record, or deletes a record no longer needed.
